Percyfrost — Proudmoore

Went for a frost mage that still feels very Blood Elf instead of just “blue wizard in random cloth.” The big crystal staff does most of the heavy lifting here, so I leaned into the icy blue glow and made the rest of the set feel like a Silvermoon caster who wandered way too far out at night. The shoulders are a little loud, but in a good mage way. Sometimes you just need the spell effects to announce you before you cast anything.
