This works better as a warlock than I expected because it doesn’t try to look like a robe caster. It feels more like a Blackrock cult smith who makes cursed weapons in the lava room and absolutely has a demon chained up somewhere off-screen. The horned helm, bone shoulders, red armor, and giant flaming weapon all make it feel mean without needing a bunch of green fel slapped on it.
